Not out of fear... Because I love you

Everyday we report ourselves by 5:45 a.m for the kitchen duty.Sushan asks me what are Veggies to be chopped and I give him the list!.

 It was Krishna Janmashtami and I had a holiday ,Sushan told me to stay asleep for which I disagreed.That day I packed Jowar Roti and Capsicum Sabzi for his lunch.

 In the evening once he returned and was taking off his shoes, asusual I asked with a big smile on my face How were the rotis?Sushan said"One of my old teammate came today and asked if I could join him for the lunch..."before even he completed the sentence I understood, I started howling and prepared filter Coffee, placed two coffee mugs on the table and whimpered, "Coffee".Sushan sat in the chair beside me.

Sushan:How was your day?What you did?
Me: It was good with a pumpkin face
Sushan:You asked me if the rotis were soft.Yes the rotis were soft.
Me: Controlling my smile nodded.
Sushan:(Smiled and continued)I told my friend that I bought my lunch .I had those rotis not because you scold me if so I could have simply thrown them but because I know the pain you have taken to make them, Even when you had a holiday".

I jumped out of my chair put my hands around his neck and apologized for my stupidity.He stroked my head and I sat in my Chair.I looked at him.He had a warm smile and kindness in his eyes.

Sushan: Don't you think you should be punished for this.
Me: Yeah I know...
Sushan: Till tommorow you are not allowed to annoy me ,no pulling my hair,no striking my ears... nothing doing!

All my dreams came down crashing before my eyes!

After completion of 9 months, the doctor advised to meet her once in two days. It was supposed to be one such appointment with her. I had made the class adjustment and even planned for lunch with my gals😬😋 There was a change of plan as the pain had triggered. the last 9 answer scripts were pending to be valued. He had valued those, reading the answers, in the hospital. The pain was gradually increasing. We sipped some hot ginger tea and awaited. Around 9 p.m., all my people were around, I walked in the corridor, looking at the light up cafés, coffee bars, roaring vehicles, and lounges talking to the lil 💙    By 10, they all went home. By 10:30 p.m., I started getting the real PAIN!!! It was then I realized its intensity. The nurse kept on monitoring the heartbeat every 1 hour. Emotional Rollercoaster: Riding the Waves of Dysphoria and Euphoria

The moment I was guided to breastfeed my newborn for the first time, I was flooded with emotions. Watching my little one latch on with such determination, as if he'd been practicing, filled me with overwhelming happiness. Yet, amidst the joy, there was a tinge of uncertainty. I longed for some time to recover from the delivery trauma and heal from the pains like any other mom. However, as days passed, I adapted. What truly brought peace was connecting with loved ones, sharing experiences with fellow moms, and indulging in some light-hearted stand-up comedy. Those moments of laughter and camaraderie made the journey a bit more adorable and manageable. Ah, truly, the heartwarming conversations over golden lattes, homemade chaklis, and sweet manni (rice fudge), with my darling moon-faced little one, were like rays of sunshine (Sonshine?!) on a cloudy day, filling me with the strength to rise above any feelings of blue!
